Description
ICOE ME600 Series Infinite Metallurgical Microscope, magnification: 50–500x in its standard configuration. The microscope is designed for studying the microstructure of metals, alloys, semiconductor materials, paint coatings, and other opaque flat and polished samples. The reflected light illuminator allows for brightfield, darkfield, and polarization microscopy techniques. The built-in transmitted light illuminator is suitable for examining translucent films and objects: air, water, oil samples, etc. The microscope can be used in various fields (metallurgical, engineering, aerospace, nuclear and energy industries) as well as in research laboratories and technical universities.
There are 4 types (ME600R, ME600, ME600U, ME600BD) available
- 1. ME600R is with trinocular head, with reflected illumination, plan achromatic objective for brightfield microscopy techniques, 30W halogen reflected light illuminator
- 2. ME600 is with trinocular head, has two types of illumination modes, including of transmitted light illumination, reflected light illumination, with plan achromatic objective for brightfield microscopy techniques, 30W halogen transmitted light illuminator & reflected light illuminator
- 3.ME600U is with trinocular head, has three types of illumination modes, including of transmitted light illumination, reflected light illumination and the synchronous transmission-reflecting light, with plan achromatic objective for brightfield microscopy techniques, 30W halogen transmitted light illuminator & reflected light illuminator.
- 4.ME600BD is with trinocular head, has two types of illumination modes, including of transmitted light illumination, reflected light illumination, with plan achromatic objective for brightfield and darkfield microscopy techniques, 30W halogen transmitted light illuminator, 50W halogen reflected light illuminator
