Features
With excellent optical performance and a range of illumination options including bright-field, dark-field and polarized light, CB800MR makes it easy to observe, inspect and analyse a wide range of materials.
- (1). Effortless observation of a wide range of materials
- (2). Total magnification up to 1000x
- (3). Infinity plan achromatic objective options up to 100x, choice of:
- • Bright-field objectives or
- • Combined bright-field & dark-field objectives
- (4). Choice of illumination:
- • Incident illumination for viewing opaque samples
- • The addition of transmitted illumination enables viewing of translucent, or transparent subjects
- (5). Wide range of options included as standard.
- (6). Modular design permits the addition of a range of accessories, including digital image capture and image analysis software.
–
The neutral density microscope filters (ND Filters), used in a variety of industrial applications, come as standard to allow you to select which light wavelengths are transmitted, reduced or blocked. These filters offer a selection of transmittance values, daylight blue for a more comfortable viewing, as well as contrast filters, often used for observation of semiconductor wafers and monochrome photography.
Adjustments for illumination, transmittance, interpupillary distance and dioptre are all possible with this versatile materials microscope.
- (1). Optimise your observations
- • CB800MR provides ultimate flexibility offering choice of brightfield or darkfield observations as reflected light, polarized light or transmitted light options to ensure you get the best view of your observation
- (2). Choosing the right illumination technique
- • When inspecting PCBs brightfield is effective at showing the detail.
- • Switching to darkfield enables the shiny alloy to be seen in greater detail.
