The Hemera Series Microscopes are specifically designed for life science research and can meet the needs of various microscopic imaging in the laboratory.
The mechanical structure is stable, compact, ergonomic design, reasonable layout, comfortable to use, and can operate the microscope in a natural posture. The ergonomic design and outstanding state-of-the-art NIS60 objectives make the Hemera series the ideal microscope for advanced life science applications such as cytology and anatomopathology.
It has excellent optical quality such as long working distance and strong chromatic aberration correction capability. The 25mm field of view of the eyepieces and the plan apochromatic objectives enable observations with perfect color rendering at high resolving power. It has reliable imaging, provides high contrast, clear and bright images, and helps you to conduct cutting-edge life science research. The Hemera series microscopes adopt a modular design, which can realize observation methods such as bright field, dark field, differential interference, fluorescence, and polarized light. It is an ideal tool for experimental teaching, scientific research, and medical testing.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN, COMFORTABLE OPERATION
Low-position control knobs
The height of the stage control knobs can be adjusted up or down by 18mm to ensure a comfortable hand position, and with adjustable tension control.
Glass stage insert
Mechanical stage with a gorilla glass insert is endurable and allows operators to easily clear the stage. We have sapphire glass for your optional choice.
Put slices by one hand
It is easy for operators to put slides by one hand due to the convex point guide mechanism.
Adapter to lower stage position
To lower the stage by “1”, by adding a block up the nosepiece, so that operators can change the slides position easily and comfortably.
The transmitted light would be off automatically after 30 minutes from operators leave. It can not only save energy, but also keep the lamp life.
The function of light intensity management (optional)
The management system can automatically adjust to the suitable light intensity according to the different setup of objectives from the low to high magnifications, and reduce the eye fatigue at the same time. The long-life LED lamp can keep the light intensity and easy for maintenance.
Customers can choose the position of the fine focusing knob to be right or left, according to preferences.
Ergo tilting trinocular head
Eye tube can be adjustable from 0-35 trinocular tube can be connected to SLR camera and digital camera, having a 3-position beam splitter (0:100, 100:0, 80:20), the splitter bar can be assembled on the either side according to user’s requirement.

2. Motorized nosepiece: a motorized revolving sextuple reversed nosepiece can be optional, which is a essential part to upgrade to Hemera-Auto Series (motorized model). The Hemera series is equipped with a large rackless mechanical stage without sharp edges protruding from the sides of the microscope for improved safety. With size 190x152mm, moving 78x32mm integrated right-handed mechanical adjustable handle. The standard supplied Gorilla glass makes this stage extremely scratch-resistant. The stage can be optionally supplied with Sapphire glass or as a left-handed version.

Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment, 100 graduations, 1µm precision, 100μm per rotation, total travel approximately 35mm. Supplied with an adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to sample and objectives. The coarse adjustments are equipped with friction control
Condenser for brightfield
In height adjustable N.A. 0.90/1.25 Abbe swing-out condenser with numerical aperture identification marks. Models with a motorized nosepiece are supplied with a motorized condensor that automatically flips out the front lens of the condenser when the 4x objective is used

Two illumination versions (LED and halogen) are available for the Hemera microscope: The standard confirguation is transmitted intensity adjustable 100W halogen illumination with internal 100-240V power supply. The transmitted halogen illumination comes with 2 push-in/push-out neutral density filters for smooth attenuation of the light intensity for all kind of samples

The innovative LED design is a combination of a custom LED and a specially designed thin lens with a short focal length in order to obtain three main benefits:
More oblique light from the LED light source can be captured, which increases the light output significantly
Less energy is required to achieve this level of light intensity
3. The larger aperture of LED allows the optical system of the microscope to produce images at higher resolutions, very close to the theoretical diffraction limit of the optics
The unique sensor is developed to avoid unnecessary loss of energy. The illumination of the microscope automatically switches off after users step away from their position for 30 minutes.

1. Illumination for fluorescence
The Hemera series fluorescence microscopes are equipped with a 6-position rotating attachment with 100W mercury vapor light source for broad powerful light spectrum, UV protection shield, integrated safety shutter and a 100-240V external power supply with indication of the lifetime of the 100W HBO lamp.
The 6-position rotating attachment can be supplied with general purpose fluorescence filters for routine applications for blue, green, violet and ultra-violet excitation or with advanced fluorescence filters optimized for specific fluorophores
All Hemera fluorescence filter sets are supplied with state-of-the-art sputtered and hard coated band-pass excitation filters, high-efficiency dichroic mirrors with very high slopes for superior spectral separation and high blocking long-pass emission filters, all mounted in anodized metal cubes
